What You'll Be Doing: • Execute routine in vitro ADME assays (such as simple CYP and other plate-based assays) using strong pipetting and sample preparation techniques • Follow established SOPs, training, and study protocols to ensure high-quality, reproducible results • Document all laboratory activities, observations, and results accurately and in a timely manner • Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions, and maintain laboratory stocks to support ongoing studies • Operate, maintain, and perform basic troubleshooting on laboratory instruments and equipment • Support data analysis, basic calculations, and preparation of results for review and upload into LIMS under guidance from senior staff • Collaborate with the lab team to identify and support process improvements that enhance data quality or efficiency • Follow all safety, housekeeping, and 6S practices to maintain a safe, organized laboratory environment. • Experience performing routine wet-lab techniques, including accurate pipetting, sample handling, and preparation • Exposure to in vitro ADME, DMPK, or related biochemical/cellular assays in a laboratory environment • Ability to follow and execute established analytical methods and SOPs, with basic instrument operation and maintenance • Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
