The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in NGS, scRNA-seq, multiomics, and bioinformatics data analysis and will collaborate closely with molecular biologists, computational scientists, and wet lab teams to develop, optimize, and maintain bioinformatics tools, algorithms, and analytical workflows. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of molecular biologists, computational biologists, and wet lab scientists to design, optimize, and troubleshoot high-throughput sequencing and single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) experiments.
