You'll work directly with clients, state and federal agencies, insurance brokers, carriers, sureties, general contractors, project administrators, third-party administrators, and other outside parties to make sure required registrations, certificates, filings, forms, reporting, and compliance documentation get completed accurately and on time. Beyond client work, you'll also be an internal compliance resource for Moss — monitoring regulatory developments, flagging changes that could affect Moss or its clients, maintain internal compliance resources, and help keep the team informed and prepared.
