Experience: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in site civil design, site development, municipal civil engineering, land development, or related infrastructure projects, with demonstrated experience managing scope, schedule, budget, teams, and deliverables. Coordinate Clients & Stakeholders: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, contractors, and project stakeholders, building strong relationships and reinforcing RPA’s reputation for responsive, high-quality service.
