Responsibilities:EATEC System Administration & Ownership - Serves as the primary system owner for the EATEC by Agilysys food management system by configuring system settings, maintaining master data, managing user access, supporting menu, recipe, inventory, and reporting structures, and coordinating upgrades and patches. User Support, Issue Resolution & Operational Troubleshooting - Acts as a central point of contact for system-related questions, incidents, and operational issues by analyzing root causes, coordinating resolutions, escalating when necessary, and communicating status and outcomes to stakeholders.
