ACCIDENT/INCIDENT:In the event of an accident/incident the Scheduler will work with the Dispatcher to notify any emergency services as needed, dispatch Truck Foremen or available field personnel to site, and send out an email to the Customer Service/Dispatch Manager, Division Manager and Safety Dept. PLANT CLOSINGS: Scheduler will confer with the Customer Service/Dispatch Manager and direct Dispatcher when to close plants because of lack of work, scheduled plant shut downs for maintenance or seasonal closings and help reschedule orders to other locations.
