Your attention to detail will ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience for our clients. </li></ul> Education/Work Experience Requirements: <ul><li> High school diploma or equivalent required </li><li> Minimum two years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience </li><li> Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple applications simultaneously </li><li> Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus </li><li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on grammar and etiquette </li><li> Process strong problem solving skills, customer advocacy, attention to detail expertise, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality </li></ul> Shifts: Shifts starting from 7am through 1:30pm Monday through Friday; Saturday shifts are a requirement.
