NewStreets Maintenance Worker - Seasonal City of BrightonStreets Maintenance Worker - SeasonalBrighton, CO$16–$18 / hourEXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESWorks as part of a street maintenance crew: shovels and spreads asphalt and asphalt base in the patching, repairing and reconstructing of streets; uses concrete cutting and breaking equipment; operates a jackhammer; forms, pours and finishes concrete; constructs concrete forms and performs rough carpentry work. Identifies equipment needs for each assigned project; operates construction equipment such as tandem axle dump trucks, rollers, front loaders, street sweepers, and power tools such as compressors, jack hammers, paint sprayers, sandblasters, concrete saws and sewer rodders in a variety of construction, maintenance and capital improvement projects.
