The Work Leader directs employees in the performance of executing scheduled preventive maintenance inspections, & corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, utility system repairs, mechanical, and plumbing maintenance in the Arch Visitor Center, the Ranger Station, Grounds, Old Court House, and north and south overlooks throughout the busy season and the year to perform preventive maintenance and respond to issues. Experience demonstrates potential ability to lead by meeting the following 4 factors: 1.) Ability to communicate 2.) Integrity 3.) Willingness to accept policy 4.) and knowledge of Maintenance Mechanic work in at least two of the following trades (Masonry, Carpentry, Painting, Electrical, Plumbing, Air Conditioning Equipment Mechanic, and Utilities Systems Repair-Operator).
