Assist with moving and protecting furniture, equipment, and fixtures prior to painting • Safely operate hand tools, ladders, and basic painting equipment • Follow all safety guidelines and district procedures, including proper use of PPE • Maintain a clean and organized work area • Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the Facilities Supervisor. Flexible daytime hours; full or part time based on project needs, Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, sanding, scraping, patching, priming • Paint interior/exterior surfaces such as classrooms, hallways, offices, gyms, etc.
