The Dining Room Server is responsible for performing various food service operations tasks such as serving food and beverages to guests in the clubhouse dining room, setting tables, bussing tables, running food, operating the point of sale system, ensuring member and department charges are accurate, handling cash and credit payments, accommodating guest requests, making menu suggestions and demonstrating menu knowledge, and ensuring guest happiness and satisfaction. This role works as part of a team in the club food and beverage department and will need to work and communicate well with support staff, including hosts, food runners, bussers, managers, cooks, dishwashers, and bartenders.
