Designs format and evaluation strategies to accomplish comprehensive review and analysis of several previously analyzed independent issues including District and Federal program requirements, medical and health care market trends and analysis, policy and organizational delivery mechanisms, management evaluation techniques, manpower utilization, and operational best practices. Coordinates, plans, and conducts special studies or projects primarily for the purpose of improving program operations, services, reporting procedures and systems, including, but not limited to supervisory or administrative problems, analyses of work distribution, utilization of skills resources, development and improvement of internal and external reporting systems and procedures.
