Leads or performs a variety of procedures for CT, including, but not limited to, Basic portable, fluoroscopy, extremity and chest x-rays, advanced computer skills, biopsies, drainage, trauma alerts, core CT protocols, CT advanced level recons, Neuro and Cardiovascular CTAs, independent workstation proficiency, IV skills, QA maintenance, sterile contrast studies acquired by the wide variety of advanced Computed Tomography principles that will require independent judgment, ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation. Under the direction of the designated section leader, leads or performs Computed Tomography Imaging according to protocols established for various age groups of patients, requiring minimal supervision.
