This position will be directly responsible for the Assistant Aquatic Manager/Supervisors, Head Guard/Swim Lesson Supervisor, Lifeguards/Swim Instructors, and other CELTS staff such as Pool operations, cashiers, aides, etc. This includes enforcing policies and procedures, managing and training personnel, and overseeing all swimming pool operations such as first aid, rotations, staff scheduling, public relations, janitorial duties, and limited pool maintenance, including cleaning.
