The 12-month training program combines four months of comprehensive coursework and hands-on training at Siemens Energy facilities in Orlando, Charlotte, Pittsburgh, and Houston along with eight months of the job training assignments as a member of our field teams working at power plants across the US. Lead site project safety programs including, Safety Meeting, Lock-Out-Tag-Out (LOTO), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Rigging & Lifting, Scaffolding & Ladders, Confined Space, Hazardous Materials, and Material Handling.
