p>What It Takes to Succeed: • High school diploma or equivalent; • Previous event or stage management experience; • At least 18 years old; • Able to complete provided CPR training/certification; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications; • Comprehensive understanding of large-scale show and event production; • Understand the operation of a variety of theatrical stage equipment (follow spots, automated lighting, scrollers, fog machines, etc.); • Lift, push and pull 20 pounds; • Comfortable working in theater and outdoor environments (dark/nighttime conditions, in/around water, in varying weather conditions); • Available to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays.
What Else is Important:
• Bachelor's degree in Entertainment, Theater or Management preferred; • 2 years guest service experience preferred; • Choreography experience preferred; • Possession of a valid state driver's license preferred.
