Exceptional customer service is a must as the Community Attendant will work closely with our residents and their guests.Things You Will Do<ul><li>Ensure the pool and clubhouse areas are kept neat and tidy at all times</li><li>Monitor the area to ensure the safety of our residents and their guests</li><li>Verify that only authorized residents and residents’ guests use the pool area by checking their identification (e.g. amenity passes and property identification)</li><li>Enforce the amenities and pool rules as stated in the Resident Handbook</li><li>Supervise activities in the clubhouse and pool areas</li><li>Report any violations of clubhouse or pool rules to the Community Manager</li><li>Check pool chemical levels throughout the day to maintain acceptable levels</li><li>Issue reasonable commands or instructions to individuals when necessary</li><li>Set an example by acting in a professional and proper manner</li><li>Ensure guardians are supervising the children in the clubhouse and pool areas</li><li>Think safety first and ensure that unsafe conditions are corrected promptly</li><li>Arrange the clubhouse and pool furniture as needed</li><li>Check the restroom areas for cleanliness and report to the Maintenance Supervisor</li><li>Communicate effectively with residents, future residents, visitors, vendors, and team members while presenting a positive, professional image</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by the Community Manager</li></ul>Things You Will Need<ul><li>Must be at least 18 years of age</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Positive, friendly, and ambitious attitude</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, listening, and deductive reasoning skills</li><li>Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with co-workers, residents, vendors, and corporate staff home office</li><li>Passion for delivering top-notch service to help ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction possible</li><li>Dependable and punctual with flexibility to work part time, nights, and weekends</li><li>1 year of customer service-related experience preferred</li><li>This is not a lifeguard position</li><li>Willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekend</li><li>Must be able to walk the property, which includes climbing stairs</li><li>Able to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, climb stairs, push, pull, reach, carry supplies, and stand for extended periods of time</li></ul>What We Will Provide YouSouth Oxford Management LLC provides a range of insurance options and benefits for our team members. Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler, tool rentals). Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as: • Identifying and selling products based on customer needs; • Explaining warranties, product features, and benefits; • Assisting customers in locating products; • Building customer relationships; • Identifying and resolving customer issues; • Zone recovery; • Housekeeping.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvides SMART customer service at all times through the daily execution of Lowes customer service policies, procedures and programs.Seeks out customers to understand his/her needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and/or loading merchandise.Listens to and responds knowledgeably and promptly to customer and associate questions by taking them to areas of the store and walking them through projects when necessary.Demonstrates sincere appreciation to customers.Communicates information to customers regarding all stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information related to Lowe's programs.Writes customer contracts and invoices for equipment rental and tool repairs (Tool Rental Department).Cross-functionally trains in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.Detects common signs of shoplifting, theft, and other security risks, and promptly communicates them to management and/or Asset Protection.Ensures compliance with housekeeping standards and programs (e.g., Zone Recovery) to maintain cleanliness and organization of store and working areas.Maintains a safe and secure work environment, which may include conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping aisles clear, and securing doors and gates.Adheres to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties: top stock safety, reinstalling safety cables, use of aisle blockers, a tether line on power equipment, spotters, and safety devices.Operates store equipment as needed depending on one specific role and department (e.g., Zebra phone, telephone, paging system, copiers, fax machines, computers, CCTV surveillance system, key cutter, panel saw, paint mixer, flooring cutters, compacter baler, tool rentals).Required QualificationsLess than 1 Year Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.Less than 1 Year Retail experience, performing tasks such as:• Identifying and selling products based on customer needs;
