Grounds maintenance includes cleaning horse stalls, removing trash from the grounds and parking lots, and assisting with general building and grounds maintenance (including mowing, weeding, trimming, and snow removal). Maintains safe and sanitary conditions in cooking, serving and general work areas; cleans facilities and equipment, washes, sanitizes, stores pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
