About the Position: Client Services Representative - Part Time Join GFI Ikigai as a Client Services Representative on a part-time basis. This position is key to building and maintaining strong client relations, ensuring quality customer service, contract fulfillment, and relationship-driven support. Benefits <ul><li>Flexible scheduling with personalized customization</li><li>100% remote position with comprehensive online tools and training</li><li>Leadership development opportunities</li><li>Competitive compensation ($65,000 - $80,000 part-time), with room for personal advancement and earning based on goals</li></ul> Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Act as the key contact point for clients, ensuring total satisfaction in a part-time role</li><li>Provide timely, professional, and courteous support to clients and associates</li><li>Educate clients on financial topics including business, investment, insurance protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning</li><li>Assist clients in developing customized financial plans, guiding them through budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning</li><li>Drive growth of account value through upselling and cross-selling opportunities while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction</li></ul> Role Requirements <ul><li>18 years or older and a U.S. citizen</li><li>Completion and passing of a background check</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication, with excellent customer relationship management skills</li><li>Must acquire or have a Life Producer license within the first two weeks</li><li>Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic reporting skills</li><li>Analytical ability to interpret account health metrics and prepare concise summaries</li><li>Experience in identifying expansion opportunities</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Backgrounds in customer service, leadership, and management are preferred</li><li>Experience in education, coaching, military, or elite athletic background is valuable</li><li>Self-motivated and entrepreneurially-minded with the desire to grow and assist others</li><li>Advanced negotiation techniques or technical troubleshooting skills can be advantageous</li></ul> Join our team as a part-time Client Services Representative and play a vital role in making financial literacy and security attainable for everyone.
