Role Overview: The Seasonal Part-time Customer Service Representative for the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) Transportation Services Call Center (TSCC) is responsible for accepting, logging and resolving requests from Indiana citizens and businesses in a timely and professional manner to provide superior customer service. Ability to gather, collate, and classify information about data, people, or things; define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions; write letters, papers, and reports; handle sensitive and face to face inquiries and contacts with the general public.
