Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials testing procedures, and contractor practices in the following areas: structural walls, drilled shafts, rebar installation, reinforced concrete, roadway surfacing, storm, sewer, water, earthwork, concrete flatwork, landscaping, irrigation, construction scheduling and work sequencing, signalization, illumination, channelization, and basic surveying and lay out.
