This role will be responsible for leading a team of Workday developers utilizing deep technical knowledge with hands on technical capability to design scalable, compliant, and efficient enterprise solutions.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nIntegration Architecture & Delivery\n\n Oversee Workday integration developers, pursuing innovative initiatives and improvements in current Workday technology processes\n Provide technical guidance for design and support of our inbound/outbound integrations using:\n Workday Studio\n EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)\n Core Connectors\n Workday Web Services (REST/SOAP APIs)\n BIRT reporting\n XML, XSLT transformations\n Workday Orchestrate\n \n\n Oversee vendor management for our integration portfolio (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, ServiceNow, background check vendors), including production support and maintenance.\n \nSecurity, Risk & Governance\n\n Oversee Workday Security administration developers to align with our operating model, deliver production support for security assignments, enhance controls via security reviews, and execute our Workday scramble and refresh plans in implementation tenants.\n Maintain detailed documentation related to project work, HR Systems internal documentation & frameworks, and process guides.\n \nRequired Experience\n\n 7+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration, integration and/or security\n Prior management experience preferred\n Ability to provide a proactive and independent approach to problem-solving, identifying opportunities for system improvement and driving initiatives without constant supervision\n Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines\n Ability to recognize risk and remediate/mitigate as needed\n Experience supporting or leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes\n Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments\n Strong understanding of data governance, SOX control, SDLC management, and security best practices\n \nSalary Range\n \n$110,000 - $170,000\n \nBBH and its affiliates' compensation program includes base salary, discretionary bonuses, and profit-sharing.
