Tracking all individuals who have; 1) been processed for an HSPD-12 credential, and 2) have received a "temp" badge, as well as the status of files sent to the HSPD-12 central badging office (GSA/USAccess), or who were scheduled for badge processing, but for any reason were not provided a badge.
