Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, property concerns, and/or access issues.
