Conduct regular patrols of the hotel, including guest-room floors, hallways, stairwells, lobby, restaurants and lounges, event spaces, entrances, waterpark areas, and exterior areas. The Floor Host assists guests and hotel departments, monitors activity throughout the property, enforces hotel policies professionally, and responds to incidents or concerns as needed.
