The Security Manager will align multiple contract security teams under one operating model, establish clear post orders and escalation protocols, manage access and badging, lead incident response and investigations, and use data to continually improve performance. Oversee operational use and availability of CCTV/video management, access-control, intrusion/alarm, radio, duress and incident-management systems; coordinate maintenance and lifecycle needs with IT and Facilities.
