Performs duties to include answering phone calls, dispatching calls for services to other security staff, coordinating actions of other security staff, monitoring CCTV, monitoring and responding to all alarms, controlling access to lost and found, signing out keys to authorized individuals, and making sound decisions regarding the priority of calls. Under the general supervision of the Director of Security, Manager, or Supervisor secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
