Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.50 / Hour Job Schedule:DayTimeMon02:00 PM - 10:00 PMThur02:00 PM - 10:00 PMFri02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:<ul><li>Provide customer service to visitors, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate.</li><li>Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with management and/or public responders as needed.</li><li>Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify unusual conditions.</li><li>Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, assisting with access control, loss prevention support, and/or enforcement of location rules and procedures.</li><li>Support closing and opening activities, monitor for suspicious behavior, and provide visible presence throughout the location while following all armed post orders and reporting protocols.</li></ul> Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>Be at least 21 years of age.</li><li>A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.</li><li>Possess a Level III Armed Certification for Texas only.</li><li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li><li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li><li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li><li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li><li>Participate in industry-specific security training programs.</li><li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li><li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li></ul>Why Join Us:<ul><li>Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.</li><li>Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.</li><li>Financial and Health Benefits: Enjoy access to a retirement savings plan, plus medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, and disability insurance.</li><li>Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.</li></ul> Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
