Internal & External Relationships: Regular interaction with employees and leadership across Target Center, as well as tenants, guests, vendors, contractors, touring personnel, law enforcement, public safety partners, and other external stakeholders. Assist in the development and delivery of initial and ongoing training for Security personnel, including new-hire training, annual department training, Emergency Procedures training, and other operational or security-focused programs.
