Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government-related residential maintenance location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout assigned buildings, common areas, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
