• Answer and direct phone calls efficiently and courteously

• 1+ year of customer service experience (healthcare, hospitality, or senior living preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional presence and positive attitude
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
