Track every project in the region through the program's defined project phases - Due Diligence, Schematic Design, Construction Drawings, Page Turn, Pre-Construction, Construction, Substantial Completion, Pre-Office Opening, and Post-Construction - confirming the defined outcome for each phase is met before the project moves forward. The ideal candidate has construction project experience - enough to follow along with construction project managers and general contractors, understand drawings, schedules, scope, potential office impact and translate that into clear, well-organized support for Office Services Leaders (OSLs).
