The Security Field Supervisor serves as a direct point of contact for field staff, conducts site visits and inspections, assists with staffing coverage, supports training initiatives, and helps maintain a professional and responsive security operation. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to sit, stand, and walk for variable amounts of time throughout an assigned shift; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch.
