Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned interior and exterior areas, including entry points, common areas, perimeter, and parking locations, to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, residents, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government-operated facility serving individuals experiencing homelessness.
