Experience leading enterprise-wide quality, patient safety, culture, or HRO initiatives, working with executive and physician leadership, managing multidisciplinary teams, committees, and large-scale organizational change efforts (preferably in acute care hospital environments). Provide leadership and coordination for National Capital Region (NCR)-wide HRO initiatives designed to strengthen safety culture, improve patient outcomes, reduce harm events, enhance workforce engagement, and advance organizational reliability.
