Relevant experience and certifications in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, and/or Emergency Services; Must have ICS100, ICS200, ICS700, and ICS800; Demonstrated experience in Program Management; Ability to function as a member of a high performance team; Experience in preparing written and oral presentations; Must be willing and able to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed; Must be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driving record required. Active Secret Security Clearance preferred; ICS 300, ICS 400, G191, 0-305, and EVOC Class 3 certification preferred; Training and experience in: Cybersecurity Essentials, Preparedness, Protection, and Risk Management; Demonstrated experience in Communications Systems (LMR, HF, Satellite); Demonstrated experience in Cyber Defensive Operations (Risk Management, Risk Assessments).
