Essential functions may include, but are not limited to, the following: Develop and implement a wide variety of water quality and septic operation and maintenance projects and programs that include public education, routine and project-based groundwater and surface water quality monitoring, pollution investigation, oversight of onsite sewage system professionals, implementation of County on-site sewage system management plan, and compliance with rules and regulations. Effectively interact with sensitivity while working with persons from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, racial, ethnic, and professional backgrounds, and persons of all ages, gender identities, sexual orientations, and lifestyles.
