QUALIFICATIONS: The Food and Beverage Supervisor possesses a highly developed sense of customer service and interpersonal skills including high integrity, respect for all individuals (customers, vendors, and employees), solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation of diversity (thought, ethnic, gender, etc.). SUMMARY: To supervise operation of bar/snack bar and/or restaurant, provide input to the General Manager on all food and beverage matters in the bowling center, maintain a safe environment, and improve bottom line profitability through appropriate revenue management, and handle regular bar/snack bar and/or restaurant duties.
