The Maintenance Supervisor supervises and coordinates the activities of Maintenance Workers and other workers who perform facility maintenance, repair, and construction activities including routine carpentry, painting, plastering, minor electrical work, minor plumbing, and installing or repairing locks. Supervise staff engaged in maintenance and repair projects, including carpentry, plastering, electrical work, plumbing, lock repair, vehicle maintenance, and groundskeeping.
