In order to qualify for the GS-09, you must meet the following: You must demonstrate in your resume at least one year (52 weeks) of qualifying specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal government, obtained in either the private or public sector, to include: Assisting with research and basic application of federal privacy and cybersecurity requirements, AND; 2. Providing support in preparing and organizing privacy compliance documentation (e.g., PIAs, PTAs, SORNs), AND; 3. Gathering and organizing information related to systems and data sharing activities to support privacy reviews. 2.) Customer Service - Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services.
