Clean and sanitize classrooms, restrooms, offices and related facilities as assigned; Sweep, scrub, mop, wax and polish floors by hand or machine and vacuum rugs and carpets in classrooms, offices, workshops and other work areas; Spot clean and shampoo carpets; spot mop spills; Remove debris; dust and polish furniture and woodwork; Clean whiteboards; clean lunch tables, benches and eating areas; clean and disinfect drinking fountains, sinks and toilets; clean mirrors, tile, doors, ceilings, windows and walls; Fill dispensers with towels, soap and toilet paper. Plumbing: Identifies plumbing problems; repairs and maintains plumbing leaks or breaks above and below ground; repairs and maintains appropriate functioning systems including sewer/supply lines and drains and fire sprinkler and suppression systems; replaces seals and other minor parts, maintains all underground water lines; maintains drinking fountains, repairs, replaces, and maintains hot water heaters and other appliances; repairs restroom commodes and sink fixtures; snaking drain lines.
