Working closely with Product Owners, senior business leaders, engineering teams, and other technology partners, the Director will establish and promote consistent business analysis practices, ensure requirements are well defined and traceable, identify cross-platform dependencies and risks, and help drive initiatives from concept through implementation and production readiness. Exceptional interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills, with demonstrated ability to interface effectively across all functions and organizational levels, from subject-matter experts, analysts, developers, QA, and operations teams through Product Owners, investment professionals, senior technology leadership, and executive management.
