Adept user of PC applications, including Microsoft Office 365 applications, with particular emphasis on word processing, presentation, spreadsheet, and document management applications, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint [Required]. The position requires demonstrated knowledge of maintenance, repair, and facility management for interior and exterior building envelope systems, including structural systems, finishes, plumbing, fire protection and detection, and low-voltage electrical systems.
