We are looking to hire a Senior Account Manager to join our Sales team in New York on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
This role will focus on managing and growing an existing portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring strong client engagement, successful renewals, and continued adoption of WGSN’s services while the current account lead is on leave.
Salary range - $85,000 - $90,000

This position manages tight deadlines, competing priorities and a full range of accounting activities including general ledger, financial reporting, year-end and internal audit support, Sarbanes Oxley documentation and compliance, tax compliance, fixed assets and support of budget and forecast activities. The role is structural in nature: it creates one clear owner for work that is currently fragmented across staff, consultants, and senior accounting leadership, reducing operational bottlenecks and helping the Accounting organization scale as CFS grows. p>Key Responsibilities: • Learn and understand customers strategic objectives, growth plans, tech stack, competitive landscape, and industry trends • Develop detailed account plans which tie closely to customers strategic objectives as well as define a clear growth plan and achieve revenue targets • Create demand • Upsell, cross-sell, and renew accounts achieving retention and growth targets • Take overall ownership of the end-to-end sales process utilizing MEDDPICC • Coordinate and communicate cross-functionally to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned and appropriate resources are applied as needed • Develop deep industry and product knowledge and expertly command value-based messaging to customers.
