National Corporate Housing is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to lead the design, governance, administration, and continuous improvement of National Corporate Housing’s compensation, benefits, wellbeing, retirement, recognition, and rewards programs across the United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, and APAC. This role translates business and workforce priorities into competitive, equitable, compliant, and financially sustainable programs, with ownership of self-funded health-plan strategy, global vendor performance, analytics, and risk management.
