Required Skills: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and month-end close processes; Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail; Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment; Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and global teams; Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment; Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial analysis functions; Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations preferred. Experience: 3+ years of progressive accounting experience; Experience preparing journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement support; Knowledge of US GAAP required; IFRS experience preferred; Experience with percentage-of-completion (POC) revenue recognition is preferred; Intercompany accounting, foreign currency transactions, and multi-entity organizations experience preferred; Industry experience in construction, manufacturing, engineering, or renewable energy is an asset.
