Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field (Required)3-5 years of FP&A experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI), and ERP softwareUnderstanding of manufacturing cost structures, capital expenditures, and inventory managementAbility to go on site 5 days a weekSalary $110-115k plus bonus.
