4+ years experience in Information Technology supporting enterprise cloud systems, including configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and release validation activities within Oracle HCM Fusion; 4+ years of hands-on Oracle HCM application within the Oracle HCM suite, including Core HR and Workforce Compensation to include configuration, setup, and ongoing support of these modules; 3+ years experience designing, configuring, and maintaining Oracle HCM processes across modules. This role is responsible for the configuration, support, enhancement, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM modules, with a primary focus on Core HR and Workforce Compensation, ensuring solutions that align with business objectives, improving the employee experience, and maintaining data integrity.
