Provides day-to-day leadership and support for the Revenue Audit function, including the daily audit of revenue for gaming operations, mutuels, player services, complimentary services/items, food & beverage, and other applicable revenue-generating areas. Communicate effectively with team members, department supervisors, management, and other departments to address issues, resolve discrepancies, facilitate timely corrective action, and ensure documentation is accurate, complete, timely, and maintained in accordance with established procedures and regulatory requirements.
