Report To Position Name•To professionally troubleshoot customer's enterprise services complaints (internet, VPN, IVPN,WIFI, Video Surveillance) implemented over different media (Leased Line,PreWimax, Microwave and 3G) and either solve customer complaint remotely or allocate field maintenance resource if needed.
